You can meet Penny and her sisters Tinker & Bootsie at the Petco in Phillipsburg. These sweet girls were born to a feral mamma cat in P'Burg. They love to be held and petted and purr the moment you come near them. Pictures do not do these petite girls justice, you have to see them in person.
